Free Shipping for EU, United States and rest of the world is covered by PostNord.

DHL Express can be chosen for additional price for expedited shipping time.
Shipping times for regular service in EU is 7-10 business days, US and rest of the world 14-21 business days. www.thekarlinas.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value applies for free standard shipping. Local customs and duties may apply upon import, except EU/EZZ, US. These not covered by Karlina’s and need to be paid by the customer. Returns and Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, should you need to make a return, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
All Clearance sale items are final and not eligible for returns and refunds.

You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted.
Beauty items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current full priced item for a refund.
Please ship your return to the address below using the trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Please note, all return packages must have a tracking number.
Once You have sent out your return, please email customerservice@thekarlinas.com with your order number, returned item list and the tracking number.

KARLINA'S is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
Please note that if we offer you a return label, we will deduct the amount of your shipping method from the refund.
Drop offs are not accepted at the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

Brexit influence on my purchase if ordering to the UK
For all customers ordering from the UK:
Your shopping experience with us might differ due to Brexit. As we are located in Sweden, you might therefore be charged duties/VAT for your order upon arrival.
Duties and taxes
The duties/taxes will depend on the value of the shipment. The UK has set the following thresholds from goods from the EU:
- For orders up to 135 GBP no duties will apply.
- For orders over 135 GBP additional suties/taxes may apply. Please not that Karlina’s does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be.

Also note that, due to additional customs processes, you might experience a slight delay in the delivery of your parcel. At this moment we are unable to predict the exact transit time.
